Although this little pump works really well in my pond. I have it set on a timer as I don't want it running 24/7. Unfortunately after about 2 months of working flawlessly, it stopped switching on when required. If I got it going, by removing the "spinner cover", it will run continuously, but if switched off, will not start without intervention. I have bought a 2nd one, with the hope that the "starter" will not fail again. Good product. Hopefully not a recurring problem.
