Grey Premium Umbrella Cover

I was delightfully surprised by the quality and design of this umbrella cover. It is a very heavy rubberised/vinyl material and it zips close. They also included a retractable wand to push it up and over the top of the umbrella which is about 8 ft. We have 2 umbrella's and now have 2 covers. I only wish I'd ordered the covers sooner. Five stars.

The original cover our Coolaroo outdoor umbrella came with, had deteriorated at the top and was shredding - it was like tarp material, so definitely not made to last, so we decided to check online if anyone made them and sold them. I was surprised at how many were out there, but T&Ws had a great description, sizing, loads of excellent reviews with photos, so we decided to pay a bit more and get quality waterproof and UV protection material, which will last. We couldn't be happier - the material is thick and durable. Sizing is generous (we got the large size for our cantilever umbrella and there's ample room).

Lighter weight fabric than previously owned covers which were made of PU coated canvas. Lining is PVC which in my experience doesn't last long but we'll have to wait and see on both accounts. I bought it because it was considerably cheaper so I may have gotten what I paid for or I might be pleasantly surprised. time will tell. The zip isn't as sturdy and industrial looking but then this lighter wgt fabric mightn't require it. The only real complaints I have is that: -the rod comes in 4 pieces and screws together. But it never feels very tight and easily comes undone.. I've had this problem with another cover in the past. It's cheaply manufactured and it's also TOO SHORT! Was REALLY hard to try to lift it hight enough to get it over the top of the umbrella. So, we replaced it with an old one we'd luckily saved which is a one-piece, larger diameter rod. So, it's OK to put on and off now. The cover looks nice and if it lasts as long as or more than the previous ones then I'd probably buy another one in future. good service from T & W and quick delivery to Brisbane. comes in a small packet because the rods are in 4 pcs.
