Relatively easy to assemble. Not quite as comfortable as it looks but still okay for occasional home use.

iv gotten the box in 8 days. haven't had the chance to build it yet but my dog likes the box so 10/10.

Not very comfortable for long periods of sitting. I had to purchase a memory foam chair pad to put on it. The neck support doesn't adjust height either, only its tilt angle can change. It's sturdy enough though, as I've been using it for years now.

The backrest is not adjustable, so if you are a heavy person it will be too far back and you will not be able to move it forward and keep your spine straight. Otherwise, the quality is good.

I bought this one month before and after using from last one month, I can confidently say that I am really happy with this purchase. It helps me correct my siting posture and that actually reduce my back pain.

Was easy to assemble (headrest was a bit tedious). Has many height options so you can adjust to your preferences. Is quite comfy for back, base is a little hard but as long as you're not using it all day, should be fine. May be better chairs out there, but in terms of quality, you get what you paid for.

Easy to build and seems sturdy so far!

Design is good, the net quality seems a little bit loose. Have a little problem when trying to set up the headrest, use a rubber hammer to make it into the right position. Overall it is good.

Great back support, very sturdy and comfortable. I have 5 slipped disc between L1 and S, so I really needed something that kept my back happy and this has been really helpful. I got one for the office and liked it so much that I ordered another for the home office! Would recommend for sure.

Bought this chair to use with the new desk based on some good reviews. However it turns out disappointing. The headrest cannot be adjusted sufficiently to have good support (too short). The mesh seat proves to be a bit harsh and feels discomfort after 1-2 hrs. Although the seat can be moved forward/backward, there is no adjustment for depth hence I need to add a cushion for more support; hence, the lumbar support is not that much use. Overall quite disappointing.

Great product, easy set up, comfortable and sturdy.

I brought this chair two weeks ago and set it up almost as soon as I got it. It is extremely comfortable and I like the fact that I can move the lumbar support up and down. While I have found some levers slightly hard to adjust I am sure that this will improve over time, I also like the adjustable head rest. A good, solid purchase.
