Hollow, not solid. Painted to look like concrete. Decent enough, but I think if I had have seen it in person I would have chosen something else.

Texture is good, nice weight without being too heavy and easy to move around. Grey colour is more of a brushed paint looking finish (I thought it'd be grey concrete mix) unfortunately despite being super careful white scratches have occurred very easily and I'd need to cover the surface with something to avoid this happening - which isn't the look I was hoping for.

Love the side table. Great quality product and it's the perfect grey.
