Tried to chop fresh chives and they just stick in the blades. Not fit for purpose

Its unfortunate when herbs stick in the blades, and we understand this can be frustrating. For best results, we recommend cutting herbs into smaller sections before using the chopper, as this can help prevent them from getting stuck.
