Good quality product for the price. Instructions were a bit confusing/lacked detail but once I worked it out it came together well (look for the manufacturer’s pencil marks for where to place screws).

The item arrived in good time. The instructions were basic as is common these days. The quality of the item was disappointing. We don't expect it to be a long term item in our lounge. I will spend the time shopping in person in future as if I had seen this before purchase I would have moved on.

Overall a lovely looking ottoman/blanket box for the end of the bed but the hinges don't allow the lid to close flat..will need different hinges to sit correctly.

Did take a bit longer to put together. Comes with all the tools but would recommend an electric drill. I put it together by myself but two people would've made it easier. Overall looks good. Very happy

Screw holes were 50% in wrong places. This was a time consuming cumbersome item to put together. Needed two but glad I only got one and I got another brand elsewhere already assembled. Opener was also flimsy.

Absolutely not what we thought it would be!! So difficult to assemble. The fabric was covering the holes of the screws so we had to use scissors to cut away at this before piecing the different parts together. Incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this. Save yourself the headache and stress

Came as pictured. Quality is good for the price. As per some of the other reviews the instructions were not correct and it did take a few attempts to put it together correctly. Not all the screw holes were evident so had to do some best guess attempts. Once together though, it looks great and well suited to the area.

This came flat packed - previous ottoman purchase just needed the legs attached, I guess the supplier needed to save that extra 2 inches of depth to save on shipping - who knows? I don't mind flat pack, and the other recent purchase from T&W which had significantly more parts went just fine - but this one was horrendously documented and pre-cut. Firstly the diagrams on the instructions are just plain wrong (Step 1/2) - the end bits go on the inside of the long bits - the diagram showed it the other way around. The lid hinges suddenly appeared on the diagram in the 2nd last step, manufacturer had straight up forgotten to document that part and again (just to infuriate us), the diagram was wrong - showed the pin on the inner part of the ottoman, not the outside as it needed to be. Also on the top, the spots where the hinges and brackets needed to go weren't pre-drilled (I have no idea why not) - someone had just marked them with a silver text. But guess what - they weren't even straight or spaced apart correctly (each hinge had 3 points which were of course in a straight line). The order of assembly was also just weird, required a large piece to be suspended in mid air while it was attached, I'm sure this should have been done earlier on & perhaps that's where the completely missing bit of instructions were - I honestly don't know. Anyhow - just wouldn't recommend this one. Hopefully T&W ditches this supplier for an alternative brand where they plan to do things properly.

I had to leave the 2 side hinges off as they were way too stiff not allowing to lid to close even with considerable force. But they aren't required for what I'm using it for, the back ones are enough.

Easy to put together and great quality. It smaller than I thought but all in all very happy.

Good quality product and as described. A little fiddly to construct flat pack on your own. A second set of hands certainly recommended. Would purchase again if needed

Took me a little while to put together but once together you can't see any of the joins so it's worth it. Sturdy, fabric feels good, fits all my linens. Great product.

This is a great storage box. It's a great size and sits at the end of the bed neatly. Quite easy to assemble .
