I’ve ordered quite a few of these now and they look great on our quite long terrace style balcony. One thing though, I think every one of them has a crack around the top edge. Not a major problem for me, but not perfect either. Given the cost, I would imagine that some buyers may not be as easy going about it. |

The planter box itself is good for the price paid. I ordered three of them, all the same - two arrived in the first delivery and one was the wrong colour. The third arrived a few days later. I emailed support and received no response for four days, even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. I managed to get better support via live chat, with the person organising a replacement to be express delivered to me. It arrived fairly quickly but overall I was disappointed with the customer service.
