French Country High Back Wing Armchair

What we recieved was not what was shown in the picture !! The timber looks like a polished timber however it is a brushed white which we dislike . The main cushion does not fit neatly with the edge of the chair and is like a marshmallow it is so thick and pushes one too high in the chair . For what we thought was an upmarket relaxing chair for our office has gone to Vinnies the following day and we wasted over $2000 . I will never buy on line again as this has been a bad experience for us .

It would be really helpful if approximate time of delivery could be given. The chairs were delivered into my building's foyer and reluctantly pushed into the elevator. It was my task to manhandle them out and into my apartment. I'm 80 years old!!
