Quite disappointed in this crate. It arrived with coating already flaking off. The edges of the mesh are sharp and I have been scratched causing me to bleed just simply by placing items in the crate. The openings are not big enough to fit a litter box through without tilting it sideways and you certainly cannot get a litter tray with a lid of higher sides in there. The cats have to jump up and over the gate to get in. The cats do not use the ladders as they are really flimsy, unsteady and do not fit snuggly. The assembly instructions are incomplete. To top it off, the mesh can be bent simply by placing a finger and a little pressure on it. My cats haven’t used it yet other than to scratch in the litter tray.
