There was a broken decorative piece on it which I could over look as it didn't alter the structure of the bed but it was only assembled 2 day before xmas and had an 80 kg adult sleep on the bed and a side rail has bent. It seams to be a structural/manufactured fault.

Joints creak and the screws can’t tighten enough to stop it. Very narrow base - tucking sheets in is impossible.
