Hands down the best office chair I have ever used. Super comfortable and adjustable.

Easy to fix, build is strong and a great office chair. The only downside I felt is the front cushion of the seat tends to push upwards while the rest of the net goes down while seated. It may be because it's new and overtime it may soften however. Overall, I'd give it a 4 out of 5.

Excellent value for money. Love the gently contoured back and ditto the seat. Fits me well!! Very exciting wrestling with the instructions, but, with only a few false starts, I conquered! Many thanks.

The best chair I've purchased so far! Only deducting a star because the instructions weren't as clear as they could have been and the screws were not easy to get into the arm rests to secure them. The mesh is comfortable and tight on the chair. Lovely to sit in, ergonomic and good quality. Will buy again if I ever need to.

Overall this chair is very good quality for the price. It is easy to assemble as one person and fairly light. The components are quite adjustable. However based on the product details listed I expected the seat angle to be adjusted and the lumbar support to have a wider range. However despite these minor details the chair is still very comfortable. Just a note that the mesh texture can be uncomfortable at when sitting for long periods, but when wearing long pants this is not an issue.

Good chair, looks good, relatively solid build however not as supportive as it could be. The back of the chair does move slightly when sitting and could be more rigid.

Very poor lumbar support. Seat angles down at the back creating a 'dip' which is completely unsupportive and uncomfortable. Can't sit in it for more than 30mins without pain.

Not as comfortable as other ergonomic options from Temple & Webster. Cheap option for kids study desk.

This chair is incredibly uncomfortable. the seat pan is quite long, but due to how back connects to the base the seat pan does not slide far enough back. This causes me to fall into the gap between the back and seat. This is all cause because two screw heads poke out too much to have the back all the way forward in the base.

I bought this chair and the tilt function malfunctioned twice consecutively after I had the original replaced! Two chairs breaking in the same way in the same timeframe. Unbelievable. There is definitely something wrong with the design and I wasted $400 for it! I should have listened to the other negative reviews. Oh well, you live and you learn. Do not buy this chair. I definitely won't be shopping at Temple and Webster again after this experience.

Got this chair as a Christmas present for my husband. Easy to put together came super quick and so far it seems to be very comfortable for him to use and provides good support.

Comfortable chair, easy to assemble, and nicely adjustable. Comfort/usability: Great for a warm environment, as it is breezy. Has a nice bounce and the seat is surprisingly soft considering the minimal padding. Wheels move smoothly, and the headrest is a good height for me. Assembly: I particularly liked that the screws were already in the correct places, and the provided allen key is a handy easy-to-use style. Little bit awkward to assemble alone, but took me about 20 minutes by myself. Adjustability: It stays at the height you adjust it to, which is great for a taller person (so many fall down over time!). The adjustable lumbar support works surprisingly well. Took me a little while to figure out how to adjust the back lean (you pull the handle that adjusts the height outwards, then push inwards once you have adjusted). The only negative is the headrest height is not adjustable. It is a good height personally, but someone shorter may find it less comfortable.

I will never buy a chair without trying. The headrest is too low and it is not adjustable. Quality is not bad though.
