The bed is strong and sturdy. The only suggestion is to measure the mattress you’re putting down so there is no gap at the back. Still overall good value for money and great storage space. |

The quality of the materials are really good and the functionality was the main reason for my purchase and it doesn't disappoint. The only small issue I had was during installation when we had to screw a beam onto a frame with a nut that was already fixed in a hole on the frame, and the nut wasn't concentric to the hole and we had to be careful not to damage the threads of both the screw and the nuts. Overall a great product. |

Was skeptical because the price was about half of retail stores. But after installing I am impressed with the quality. Assembling does take some time, like any other flat back furniture. But all the parts are there, including rachet tool, and clear instructions. The only thing which is a little annoying, but I expected, it is heavy to lift up. Not something you want to do often, but very very useful storage. |

After an initial missing part (T&W resent the entire bed within days of me alerting them) we put it together with ease. Great quality bed. Only draw backs are that the bedhead is quite short and if you have a deep, heavy mattress it prevents the lift system from its full function. |

Bed head is sturdy and just as it looks in images. Really pleased with it. Gas lift bed works well and looks good. Instructions for assembly of bed could do with being a bit clearer though. Very happy with quality for the price. |

I couldn't believe that a company can sell you a bed and mattress, deliver it without ANY issues. I was incredibly impressed with how it was delivered. You think that receiving a bed and mattress by post would be too much of a challenge but it can be done with temple and Webster. I will continue to purchase from this company and rate it very very highly. |

Bought this for my 21-year-old son. Easy to build on his own, but when he closes the gas lift bed back down to the base it isn't 100% properly aligned so he has to adjust each time. Probably have similar issues with a bed bought for twice the price in a physical store tbh. He loves the colour and it's fairly slimline which is good as the bedroom is small, so we're all happy. |

Happy so far, as described. One thing the instructions don’t mention - when putting together if you get to the end and the bed is stuck in the up position and you feel it might break if you force it down, put the mattress on top to add weight and pull down. The hydraulics will then adapt and after a few opens and closes will work smoothly. |
