Ethan Gas Lift Storage Bed

Really easy to assemble. Very sturdy, more so than I thought it would be. Its a great size if you have a smaller room, its quite a compact queen size. The mattress doesn't slide at all and the storage underneath is great to have. Really happy with this bed

Good bed for my teenage son. Upholstery is neat and looks great. Easy to assemble. As this base lifts I did find the middle metal support joint somewhat brittle (it broke after a few months, however, we’ve taped it and it isn’t limiting its use).

Bedhead way too low for thick mattress - photos online are deceptive. Suggest measuring to see height before ordering. Regretting purchase only because of bedhead height.

Bed headboard not as high as it appears in the pictures, suggest measuring up before purchasing. Bought for teenage son, base a bit flimsy. Quality as expected for the price.

Took a couple of hours to put together and can’t get the gas lift mechanism to work - still working on that - but looks good. A week after I purchased it the price dropped by $100 so a bit disappointing on that front.

Matress is not very comfortable and the sidewalls aren’t very strong. Seems flimsy when you sit on edge of bed. Bed Frame we purchased is great.

The bed is strong and sturdy. The only suggestion is to measure the mattress you’re putting down so there is no gap at the back. Still overall good value for money and great storage space.

The quality of the materials are really good and the functionality was the main reason for my purchase and it doesn't disappoint. The only small issue I had was during installation when we had to screw a beam onto a frame with a nut that was already fixed in a hole on the frame, and the nut wasn't concentric to the hole and we had to be careful not to damage the threads of both the screw and the nuts. Overall a great product.
