The large glass mirror arrived promptly, but to my dismay was broken. I've given 5 stars for the way in which Temple and Webster resolved the problem swiftly and with empathy. As the mirror was not opened or checked straight away I doubted my chances of replacing the mirror. The matter was dealt with and the mirror replaced within a matter of days. The assistant was kind and helpful. At no time was my claim treated with skepticism. I rarely purchase online, but I would recommend Temple and Webster for their service and positive attitude. Well done!

I love the imperfections of the steel frame, it’s the look I was hoping for. If you’re after a more polished frame then this may not be for you. Great as an oversize mirror in our home gym, has also been used in our master bedroom and we loved it in both zones.

Very nice, but I spent a lot of time sealing small holes and repainting so it will last by the sea side. Love it. Looks like a window on our wall and reflects water.

Absolutely love this mirror. It is good quality and looks amazing in our outdoor area.

Th clock is perfect, the mirror isn’t at the quality we were expecting. The joins are not welded properly and are simply only just tacked on. My husband is a welder and wasn’t overly thrilled with the mirror. I understand it’s supposed to be a rustic finish however the joins are very poorly put together.

Our beautiful mirror arrived in Far North QLD within 7 days of ordering it and it is just perfect, the quality and finishes are excellent and the whole Temple & Webster experience was a joy as always!
