Awful quality. The black part of the rug has a sparse covering and looks dirty all the time with the base of the rug coming through. The beige part of the rug is also very thin and uncomfortable to walk on.

Exactly as appears in the photos - lovely textures underfoot, although the fibres do come off easily onto clothes if kids are playing on it, etc. Hopefully this will decrease over time

Really pleased with this purchase, wasn't 100% sure it was going to be right for the room but it looks great. Seems well-made, quality materials. It's a little bit plush but not too shaggy. Might turn it around so that the nice blue (aqua? turquoise?) patch is more visible. Good combo of being fairly neutral but still adding a little splash of colour and shape.

The colours are perfect, it's neutral without being boring and the different textures make it more interesting as well

Rug is beautiful, looks exactly like the photos. I've vacuumed it 4 times on the day of arrival and vacuum was full each time. It is definitely not a soft rug but feels heavy and secure.

Piled areas are extremely soft. Brown/dark beige areas are abit scratchy.

Gorgeous rug! The texture is really interesting - it's not just a flat boring rug. The grey striped bits are not a colour effect but are actually the alternating texture between lines of tufting and bare rug base. I didn't realise this when I bought it, but I actually really like it. Those parts are less soft and comfortable to sit on if sitting on the floor, but all other areas of the rug are very fluffy and thick. The first photo is the most true to colour.

I am disappointed with the actual look of this rug. The lighter brown areas are very shaggy and more like loops and nothing like in the picture where they look firm and solid. Also, it sheds a lot of fluff. I would have returned it but too much hassle!
