We are happy with our new office chair but, would have preferred rubber wheels on the castors as it may mark the wooden floors.

Mechanism only Locks in upright Tilt position, won't lock in all positions. Love the blue colour, shame the back panel is black, looks cheap, should be blue from all viewpoints. Tan & White chairs have correct back panel colour, why not Blue?? Otherwise comfy bling chair at a great price.

Fast delivery and good product. Only downside is the use of non standard size hex head nuts for the chair assembly, These will not work with most drill sets. Using the hex head provided with the product is cumbersome specially is buying multiple chairs.
