Solid, good quality built. Sharp edges make it hard to take clothes off quickly without damage. Over all happy. Came assembled.

Very solid well made furniture, lovely finsh on the timber. It could be improved by a hook to hang belts on somewhere. Also the felt pads on the bottom fell off when taken out if the box but simple enough to glue back on.

I have been looking for a valet stand for quite some time but could never find the one that worked best for me. They were either too flimsy, impractical, too expensive or looked great in John Wayne's bedroom but not mine! So I came across the Double Valet Stand. At face value, it looked good, sturdy and two 'hangers' so it could cater for more than one set of clothes. Perfect. When it arrived in a huge box we noticed that it had some damage beyond easy repair so I contacted T&W and included some photos. Having had some less than positive experience with returning online purchases with other stores recently, I was not looking forward to many emails and phone calls to achieve the right outcome. Yet, to my surprise, I immediately received a reply email from Kate from the Customer Care Team to say she is sending a new one and to not trouble sending the damaged one back but to donate it to my favourite charity. Now that is customer service! SO, very happy with the replacement one (in perfect condition) and exactly what I wanted and ordered, slightly damaged one sent off to charity and a great buying experience thanks to excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

Lovely clothes valet. The first one was badly chipped but TaW replaced it quickly.

Large and solid this is perfect for airing suits after work. I was pleased with the weight this item - it's very solid - whereas a cheaper valet stand we had previously was constantly falling over. Not likely with this. The quality is good and it's elegantly made. No assembly required. Five Stars from me.
