The only thing I wasn't happy about was on the seat 2 of the holes didn't align, so instead of 4 screws holding the seat on, only 2 ... But it seems firm enough.. but that actually isn't really good enough

Unfortunately the seat is molded plastic imitation wicker.It has broken from the slot that holds it to side of chair.

Great chair for the price! Comfy and has some flex in the frame; Easy assembly although one bolt wouldnt line up correctly so couldnt be used. Bases also have some white fabric lining underneath which I wasn't aware of from the photos. Delivered over two days.

After minimal use the rattan on base of the chair has started to pull away from the edges

Really disappointed with this product, we ordered 4 chairs and although 3 were able to be assembled without issue, one of them was completely impossible to assemble since the screw holes did not being align no matter who much we tried. Seems like quality control is an issue with these.

I’m disappointed with the quality of these chairs. I purchased a set of 2 for $454.52 and have only been using them for less than 2 months. From the first few weeks, I noticed the rattan of the chairs beginning to tear—and the issue has continued to worsen. Given my weight (under 50 kg), I wouldn't expect it. Additionally, I encountered a problem assembling one of the chairs, as I couldn’t insert the screw properly due to what appears to be a defect at the top leg. For the price, I expected a better durability. I kindly request a solution.

Amazing quality and cheaper than anything I could find on fb marketplace or other sites, arrived quickly and easy to build.

These chairs are great! Very sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. Only issue was that a few of the plastic feet on the bottom were dented making the chair wobble. However, there were extras in the bag which was good! Overall definitely recommend these chairs. Super cute!

These chairs look great and are comfortable to sit on. One of the screws wasn't catching the thread so I ended up going to the hardware store to buy a longer screw. Other than that they were straightforward to assemble and look nice in my kitchen.

These chairs are almost perfect. They are very comfortable and the design is great. The only things stopping a perfect review are the very cheap looking plastic footings that are very difficult to see when ordering online. They are made of hard, whitish plastic which not only spoils the look of the chair but has marked the wood floors. If anyone has bought these and has found a solution I would be grateful to hear of it.

A bit difficult to assemble, however overall product is good. These chairs replaced our old cantilever chairs which sadly had reached their use-by date. Would recommend them, very comfortable.
