This was my first time shopping on the T&W site. I couldn't find a suitable rug anywhere so I took the risk. Eventually it was delivered n8cel6 rolled up, but when it was unrolled it had hard fold lines and bumpy sections in it that may never go away. I5 had to have previously been stored folded with weight on it to create these folds. This will look terrible in the photo shoot, so we can't use it. What a waste of time and money. It will look horrible in photos. Very disappointing to be sold second rate mistreated goods.
