Demetri Heating Pet Bed

Don’t bother with this product. Heating mat itself is tiny and the bed does not even remotely resemble the image. The bottom cushion does not fill the whole base area and the sides just flop down. I thought maybe after a couple of days it would ‘fluff’ up as it was vac sacked but… no, not even close.

I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the product. the heating pad is too small for the size of the bed, and the bed is very thin, there is not much padding

The pad doesn't get warm enough to heat through the cushion so we've had to put it on top with a blanket.

Comfortable and well made bed. My dog loves it. Does not come with instructions and the online video is not helpful. Buyers should note that the heating pad is to be placed on top of the white inner cushion. Not underneath it.

Wasnt sure how to place the heating pad I've just placed it under the bed on the floor It works ok There is a small pocket in the side of the bed wasnt sure if I should push it in there then flatten it out Anyway my dog appreciates the warmth

Does what it says it would do, but strangely my dog doesn’t like it and won’t sleep on it… He is opting for the old unheated bed, so this one is going in the cupboard.

I should have read the reviews! The bed functions fine as a bed, but it feels like the bed and heat pad weren’t deigned for each other. The bed is rectangular and the heat pad is square, with its power cord attached at one corner - it doesn’t fit properly. The bed has a small opening in the middle of the long edge on the underside (that I assume is for the heat pad), and another zip opening in the middle of the long edge on the top (that I assume is for getting the cushion in and out). The heat doesn’t travel through the cushion if the heat pad is underneath, and if you put it on top of the cushion, it’s a harder surface and defeats the objective of having a cushion…and obviously my cat then doesn’t find it comfortable. Very poor design.

The electric heat pad doesn’t work at all, i thought perhaps it need the weight of our dog to feel the heat come through but after a couple of hours it was still cold. The bed itself, while soft, doesn’t hold shape: the sides collapse outwards before our dog even gets on it.

Not the best quality but not the worst either. My dog ripped it up in no time.

Glad I got this on sale. The sides have zero structure and very flat. The pillow itself also is not full enough. I have put another pillow in it to bulk up. The fabric however is very nice for pup to lay on.

Beware absolute nothing like the photo very flimsy will not stand up just lays flat absolute rubbish

Great product, doesn't over heat but also is definitely not Luke warm like some. More internal padding and a larger heating pad would be ideal but the cats and dog all share it together and sleep through the night without complaint

Great size for our dog - she loves it.

Poorly designed. The heat from the pad couldn't get through the ridiculously thick wadding and even without the wadding it was still not very warm. The zip couldn't be completely closed because the zip is the exit point for the cable of the heat pad, which left the cable exposed and tempting for my cat to chew. The last heated pet bed I had was warmer and the heat pad wiring went through a slot in the underside of the bed so it wasn't ugly or tempting. I eventually had to stop using it due to the safety concerns as a result of this poor design. Of course, the ugly and awkward cables are not shown in the listing which is very misleading. I would NOT recommend this product.

Good sized dog bed. Very warm and easy to use.

Good quality for price. Not a lot of heat gets through the thick cushion pad so I manoeuvred a lot of the padding to the edges to allow the heat to come up. My cats absolutely hate it, clearly something wrong with the cats! I have put cushions in hoping to get them used to it. Would recommend.

My cat loves the bed, keeps his 17yr old body warm during the day even when turned off. He has been using it in the main living area to be close to people by day, and now I think I'll have to get another one for the bedroom, so we don't have to keep moving it. I bought the medium but it's big for him.
