I was a bit hesitant to buy a toilet online (mostly worried about it turning up in pieces!), but I’m so glad I went with the Delta. First off, the packaging was incredible - super secure and it arrived really fast. Even my plumber was impressed with the quality of the toilet and robust packaging - best he's ever seen! The matt white finish is the standout for me; it’s really smooth to the touch and doesn't look "chalky" like some others I've seen. I also didn't expect it to be this quiet - the flush is almost silent and the soft-close lid is a nice, high-quality touch. It honestly looks and feels like the designer brands that cost double the price. Will definitely be heading to Temple & Webster for all my future reno needs!
