The Davis and Waddell Infusion Smoker is a portable aluminium smoker using natural smoke to enhance the flavour of food. It's built-in filtered fan cools the smoke and the battery-operated design runs on four AA batteries for easy use. After two to three minutes, remove the nozzle and turn off the machine, sealing smoke in with your food to let the flavour set. It's compact and easy to use, making it convenient for finishing dishes and adding a smoky note to meals.
