I’m genuinely impressed with both the product and the support from Temple & Webster. The customer service team was incredibly helpful from start to finish — responsive, efficient, and truly committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate them. Now for the bed… wow. It’s absolutely beautiful even better in person than in the photos. The design, the finish, the overall look — it completely transformed my space, and I’m honestly still amazed every time I walk in and see it. A little tip for anyone assembling it: just take your time with the setup and make sure the drawers are matched by size before you screw anything in. Once it’s all put together properly, the result is stunning. I’m so happy with my purchase. I have the most beautiful bed now, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Highly recommended.

The best quality, very sturdy, tricky to put together as the instructions were actually wrong, however lots of reviews and photos to guide us thankfully! Would purchase again and definitely recommend. Had lots of back and shoulder issues which improved pretty much overnight once we moved to this bed frame (clearly was needed)

Let me start by saying that all the comments about taking hours to assemble the bed are very accurate, it took us many hours and some of the instructions were a little off - yes we were tired, but I swear not all was as it seemed, also a couple of pieces were labelled with the wrong numbers. BUT we worked it out and we are absolutely in love with this bed. It is worth the effort.

This bed is very comfortable and provides relaxing sleep. The quality is very good.

Its quite floppy around the edges so you slip of when you sit on the edge but i will say it is a comfortable and delicious nights sleep once you are tucked in!

I have been using this bed for 3 years now. I can report that is it still quite sturdy and still looks great. Very happy with the purchase.

Love this bed frame. Took some time to build and definitely needs 2 people. Great storage solution with the drawer and it looks great.

The bed is made out of chip wood. And he breaks very easily.

It looks really pretty but the slats under the mattress are very thin. It is quite creaky with very minimal movement.

Beds are the most annoying piece of furniture to find ( in my opinion ). i didn't want a gas lift or curved slats or too low to the ground frankly because im sick of paying hundreds of dollars for a terrible bed over the years. This bed however i love because it is a nice colour and it is really high up from the ground. the slats are put in yourself which i think was a bit odd but it worked out fine. if you have a cat, your cat will be prone to scratching the fabric of the bed. I love the storage, the draws are deep which allow room for heaps of stuff to be put into them. I haven't had any issues with the slats. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it is a bit pricey especially because i had to deliver it to my house but other then that it's the best bed and everybody should buy one!! bonus points because you deliver to killara

This is a good quality and really beautiful bed. Love it. It was actually very easy to put together too. I did it by myself in a couple of hours.

Took us FOREVER to put together but it would’ve helped if my husband didn’t skip steps and think he doesn’t need instructions! Anyways once together, it’s a gorgeous and sturdy bed 😂
