I am very happy with this, both aesthetically and functionally. It looks so good even though the price was very reasonable, and it was super easy to install. Measuring instructions were good, so it was a nice fit (although with a recessed fit, you will still get light in on the sides). The string is short and, as others say, it's annoying that it is plastic, but otherwise I am super happy with it.

Definitely Not block out, and sizing was off.. they (or maybe we) didn’t account for the brackets on either end, adding further length.. but I don’t recall being told to in the instructions. We just attached them to a different part of the window though and we love the colour

This product was so easy to order accurately. The easy to follow instructions on how to take measurements ensured I didn’t get it wrong and that when I went to install the blind it fit perfectly. This blind also lives up to the “block out” claim (some from other companies don’t at all). Highly recommend!

Very happy with unit, the colour is a navy blue, good amount of storage. The doors do open easily if you knock into them however.
