First, the cushion dimensions are not the same as the frame dimensions. I discovered this as soon as I sat on the lounges. So be very, very careful when doing your homework to purchase a lounge. For me, I feel this is a very deliberate and misleading way to present the specifications for this product. I studied many different lounges and chose this one deliberately because I am a large person with a wide frame and shoulders. I wanted width and room to relax my arms. And now, I find the actual cushion width is no different than most of the less expensive sun lounges. What Temple & Webster have done, and / or the Manufacturer is provide the overall dimensions of the frame. And the cushion details have, I believe been deliberately left out. Oh, yes there is one cushion dimension provided. Second, the Velcro tabs sewn on to hold the cushions to the lounge frame are poor quality and not adequate at all for this purpose. One of them fell off when I went to use it as an aide to pick up the cushion. It had been poorly stitched, if stitched at all. These tabs should be modified to reflect the overall quality of the product and be made to last and do the job of securing the cushions properly. There are no tabs at all on the lower cushion, which means the cushions will blow off and around in strong wind and potentially tear the cushion fabric and possibly cause more damage. Third, there is no information provided about the finish made on the timber. What is it? And how should it be cared for? There is vast room for improvement by providing detailed information about how the eucalyptus timber has been treated/finished and what is the best way to maintain this over time.
