Had a bunch of issues with the shipping company but the T&W staff were really helpful and sent a replacement. They even had an actual staff member from T&W deliver it in person, rather than going with the same shipping company. The chair itself is so cute, colour is exactly what I expected and I love that it sits a bit lower so it's not just a tall chair.

I love the look of this chair. As others have said, it is lower than a regular chair, so tall folks might need an ottoman to make themselves extra comfortable. The fabric and material is great (a forest green/grey), the swivel mechanism works smoothly, and importantly, its comfy. Because of its wide base, it's a great chair for curling up on. You could probably even sleep on it! Just a note that the base is black, not walnut brown, as it appears in the photos. Great chair though - my new favourite.
