While I thought the back was going to be higher, I absolutely adore this chair and its so comfortable - like a warm hug. The green isn't too dark and is as it appears in the photos. Its a great height and easy to sit in and get out of with a deep seat to relax into. Arrived pre-assembled - all I had to do was velcro the back cushion back on :)
