Looks great but it is hard to install. It’s awkward to put together and we couldn’t even thread 2 of the pieces in. It’s up using just 3. (Installed by an electrician)

I ordered three different sized lights. Large and medium were fine with all components but the small pendant light was missing pins so I couldn’t fit the glass and was also missing the screw near the roof fitting so I couldn’t adjust the cable length. The electricians could not install the light and I will have to call them out again. I’m still waiting for T&W to finish their “investigation” to get a replacement sent out. Poor quality control on behalf of the supplier.

Beautiful feature pendant lights. The small was large enough for a standard kitchen space. Did require an experienced electrician to install, but he commented that the quality parts made it much smoother than other pendants.

I was impressed just how quickly the lights were delivered and in 1 piece. Looking forward to seeing them hanging up after covid and when I can get an electrician!
