My husband wanted a recliner for our loungeroom but there's no room but h is happy with this outdoor recliner as a compromise. It's very comfy

Decent quality if a little small for large wider person. Colour and design are consistent with images. Item arrived well packaged but some assembly required.

I am keen to use this chair on my balcony but I am having difficulty putting it together. Taking my time as there is a lot of alum key work in this.

Nice chair but tricky to make recline. Really stiff mechanism

Very difficult to assemble and the gas mechanism doesn’t lock the chair in place, it just swings back and forth with body weight

I love my chair and was very happy to see it assembled My husband is a tradesman and required some of his tools to assemble the chair which could pose a problem others but still happy with my purchase.

Some missing parts and messy instructions made assembly a bit frustrating.( There were parts supplied that were never used in the instructions, but we worked out where they belonged. However, it meant unscrewing quite a bit to go back and fit them…lots of wasted time). Reasonable follow up service got us to the finished chair. It’s quite comfortable and very attractive, but doesn’t feel robust.

Instructions a little hard to follow but after a couple of goes got it only complaint is very hard to put foot rest up.

Wow, parcel arrived in two days well before the expected delivery date. Website easy to use and make the purchase. Very easy to follow instructions and assemble. Struck a little bit of difficulty connecting the reclining cylinder and contacted the help center and they pointed me in the right direction by adjusting the screws at the end of the cylinder to be able to put the bolt in. Very comfortable. Love the deck chair.

Price was good. Assembly is easy and the delivery was extremely fast. However, the plastic is very soft, not tough at all. The mechanism to lower the chair is good but when you try to get the chair to extend again, that is very difficult. It is also very short. I am only 164cm tall and half of my legs sit off the end of the chair. Not recommend for anyone tall. My chair did arrive with a small cut on the back and 2 washers missing from the assembly kit.

Great outdoor chair for relaxing in the sun. Chair size feels a little small, i.e. it's not your usual reclining chair size. Good sturdy build. Instructions to build the chair weren't easy to decipher but I got there in the end. One screw's thread was cactus and I couldn't use it. Overall, a great purchase though!

Great product but again very difficult to assemble so I need assistance with getting these put together properly as the instructions are vague and incredibly small pictures to decipher. Products like this should have a deliver and assemble offered from T & W as I would happily pay extra to have someone assist in setting these up!

I thought that I had done this.; but evidently I hadn't. The instructions were quite difficult to follow for our son who is no dill & it all looked okay, eventually; except that to put the seat back was very difficult. My husband sat in for a couple of days; but the part that moves the recliner has become detached.

I bought this chair to use in my patio area and it is great however it would be better if I could have the footrest up without the back reclining. I still think it is a good product, well made and relaxing to use.
