I really like the appearance of the crate and the convenience of having a crate with castors that is easily moved and would give 5 stars but for problems caused by the packaging. It feels sturdy after construction and the spring loaded door lock is very easy to use one handed. It's medium size, however the internal measurements are a few centimetres less each way than my previous crate though it is still big enough for two chihuahuas to use as sleeping quarters. The assembly instructions were a bit unclear and we had to undo a couple of times but we eventually got it all together. T&W were very reasonable to deal with when contacted and quick to replace the damaged first crate that was delivered. The second crate also had some damage but not enough to bother with getting another replacement. The damage in both instances was not the fault of T&W or the couriers, it's a packing fault at the factory. The plastic bags the screws and small parts were in was free to move round inside the box which caused the rough metal screws to puncture the bag and then shake loose out of the bag and migrate between the crate parts which caused damage to the woodgrain veneer. T&W did not require the return of the more damaged first crate and said I could donate it to a local rescue.

We love this dog crate. its stylish and fits in better with the room aesthetics. On wheels makes it easy to move and clean underneath if needed. fits a plush dog bed inside perfectly. My dog is happy to use this to lay in when we are out of the house.

Lovely product, but the sizing is all wrong - much smaller than other medium crates. Will need to on sell as it is not useful for my pup

Using it as a cat cage for temporary confinement (a couple of hours at a time) ideal for this. Have to put mat down as tray goes under wire floor not on top as in dog crates. Looks good enough to use inside or under a verandah.

Our dog is a small/medium spoodle. We purchased the medium size and it is way too small. The space the dog has is limited by the metal grill at the bottom making it smaller than stated. Complete waste of money and time building it. Will now have to sell and find something else. It actually looks nice but is totally impractical. His bed doesn’t even fit in it.

The metal is very weak and the base snapped out from my 8 month Rottweiler and I have the XXL size

Has been a very handy resting spot for my indoor rabbit, love the wheels. Looks nice too. Unfortunately it did come with some bubbling in the wood veneer and a few scuffs.
