This is a beautiful appliance to keep on the bench if you have the room and it operates well. It lost a star because there are two spots where there seems to be a hole in the ceramic coating, one in the bowl and one on the outside, which probably explains the price reduction. I have used it twice without issue though, so it seems to be fine, it's just an annoyance.
