Charcoal Delphi Gas Lift Storage Bed

Purchased this bed as it has under bed storage with easy to use gas lift struts. Highly recommended, just bought myself a king size one!

Good quality and looks good

Substandard gas lifts, ended up sourcing my own OEM. Regular toe stubbing because of the proximity of the base board to floor. Have since removed bed and changed brands/style.

Item faulty - gas lift does not lift. Very frustrating considering the bed was bought to be able to lift up. Also took a lot of effort and time spent assembling the bed with many different parts to then find out the gas lifts are faulty. Disappointed.

So convenient and great for our teenagers room.

Really good bed, easy to setup and delivery was great!

Ordered two king singles for the kids. Arrived in 2 packages. Headboard package is light enough for one woman - other package definitely not - find somewhere to lay it down and open it and move the pieces where you need them. Printed instructions (in the headboard box) are different to the the online ones. Recommend reading both before starting. Online ones are much shorter and easier to see the details. I followed the printed ones and had to re-do the feet afterwards to secure the fabric bottom. It's a lovely looking bed. It's lightweight but sturdy once assembled. I'm not convinced it will withstand the two teenagers long term, but for ~$300-400 it's still good value. I put it together by myself with the odd bit of assistance here and there when I yelled for my beloved family to get off their damn phones and help. Took me about 6 hours total. The second one was much quicker as I learnt from my mistakes - finger tighten only until all the bolts are in for each stage and have your own hex key. Delivery was great - came earlier than I expected.

Good bed for my teenager

Great bed base for the price. I have had for a few years now and does squeak significantly when I roll over throughout the night. The storage component is awesome too.

Bed looks good and the instructions were clear. However, had some challenge in fitting the gas lift frame which goes on top of the bed frame as it wouldn't align correctly and keep adjusting towards the right of the bed. As it will be under the mattress, no dramas.

Sturdy bed and quick to assemble. The woven fabric cover corners need to be trimmed to fit over the legs.

The absolutely worst. Impossible to put together, the lift not even functioning. We had to buy extra support items to hold this together.

Had some original trouble with a faulty piece but T&W made getting a replacement piece as easy as possible and now that the bed is constructed I love it! Looks great and stores way more than you'd think from looking at it. Once again thrilled with T&W I recommend them to everyone

Bed was okay, a bit on the flimsy side had to replace the gas struts as the original supplied were useless and dangerous

Product arrived and as described on the website. Purchased for a teenage and he is very happy with the colour and the low profile on the bed. This bed is a low standing bed and a low bedhead. This product has meet our expectations.
