Carter 4 Seater Queen Sofa Bed with Reversible Chaise

The sofa is of good quality and very easy to assemble. I managed to do it myself and only needed help lifting it because it’s quite heavy.

Everything about this couch is great, the fact is has the same dimensions as a queen size bed when fully open is great for guests and for organising sheets for it. The only downside is the guard stops being too small when rolling out the extendable portion. This results in the extendable portion rolling out and detaching completely from the couch. Custom fixes/brackets fixes this, but it's a mild annoyance.

Was a bit stiff at first but after a few days it softened up. Now we use it daily and put it as a bed for movie night. Honestly my favourite purchase on this website so far

Okay, so…gorgeous colour, super spacious, firm feel ( which is what my partner and I love, we have firm mattress in the bedroom as well ) The only reason why I would give it 4 stars is the pull out section doesn’t work properly, it always pops off the hinges when you try to pull it out. You can definitely fix it, but it’s annoying

This sofa bed is absolutely fantastic! It was easy to assemble, is a beautiful colour green, comfortable to sit on which is not always the case with sofa beds. Ultimately it is really comfortable as a bed! Very happy purchaser!

So sad the colour we wanted came back in stock right after we bought the green one. Like most reviews, it's on the firmer side. As a sofa bed, it can fit 2 people comfortably.

Love this as a lounge and day bed. Definitely needs a topper as it is a little form to sleep on. Material great, storage bigger than I thought. Overall great lounge and guest bed for the price.

Such a cool couch love the storage and also that you can pull out the sofa to a queen sized bed, I do have to say tho that the pull out sofa bed bit doesn’t stay in place sometime it rolls out

Fantastic couch, not too hard to put together, just a few screws that didn’t want to go in as they should. Comfy firm couch with lots of space. Haven’t used the pull out bed yet but just in case it’s too firm I purchased a mattress topper to make it better. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Super comfy and lovely colour! Great size too. It was a bit annoying to put together as some of the screw holes didn’t line up, and the ottoman part sometimes comes out when you’re pulling it out if you aren’t careful, when it should stay behind the blocks designed to keep it as one.

We absolutely LOVE our Carter Couch. As the reviews suggest, it is firmer than expected but, its a supportive firm, not uncomfortable firm! It took not long at all to put together and the ease of just rolling out the trundle is amazing!! We couldn't be happier

good colour and texture, but is a bit too firm for my liking. seat cushions are not thick enough for maximum comfort, but are comfortable. otherwise, works as intended and looks very nice.

Perfect for the office/ spare room

Looks as described, love the aesthetic and fabric feel. It is a bit firm as others have mentioned however hopefully will soften up over time. I am happy with however, it was VERY difficult to assemble as multiple screw holes were not lined up properly and the screws would go in at a bad angle, it took several long hours to attach the chaise to the main part of the sofa, hoping I just got a poorly manufactured one as a once off. The stitching underneath the couch was also coming off in places already too. I expected higher quality given the price.

Lost one star because it’s very firm. Listed as “medium” but it is hard as a rock, really hoping it softens over time. The back pillows however are very comfy which makes a difference. Physically I love the look and it fits my space really well. Great size. However will need a mattress topper to be slept on comfortably.

Love this couch so much, I was expecting it to be bigger as it says it’s a “queen” size, but I feel like it’s more of a double… the back cushions are soft, while the couch itself is pretty sturdy. Got a little confused when reading some of the instructions but we figured it out. Cannot wait to have my mum stay when she visits us so we can know how the sofa bed is to sleep on. (I know I could just camp out but I’m heavily pregnant)

This is a beautiful couch! The colour depicted in the photographs is accurate. The couch is firm, but comfortable. When pulling the sofa bed out, sometimes the stoppers don’t catch and the pullout section rolls all the way out (by way of comparison, I previously had a similarly designed other competitor's couch that did not have this issue). Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase.

The pull out part doesn’t connect properly to the main part of the couch- the couch is also very firm.

Pretty handy for a guest bed. Bit stiff to sleep on. I use a memory foam topper to soften it. The pull out sofa piece comes away a little too easily. But overall a good second coach and guest bed.

A bit more complex to make. Couldn't get the chase arm rest screws in so had to buy longer screws from bunnings. Once made, it has been perfect.

Totally Shocked:. This lounge is stunning. Gorgeous color. Had abit of trouble putting together as I wanted the chaise on the left side. Once I worked out I actually had the wrong piece, it all went together perfect. No extra screws left lol. Rubber protection on the feet, was a bonus as we just put down new flooring. The material is thick and not cheap looking. A Little firm, but that's good, as it will soften up over time. Perfect height, you dont feel like your sitting nearly on the floor. Some lounges are way too low. Especially when your getting on in age. Highly recommend.

Looks nice and is suitable for casual seating in family room. Colour is very different than shown in pictures. It's a light green whereas pictures show dark green.

Love love love this furniture! It is firm To sit on but that’s what we prefer and the corduroy fabric is , I feel, a little more upmarket. Great price for a solid piece of furniture and delivery on time!

The arm rest couldn’t be attached fully as only one of the three screws would fit, so it’s only hanging on with one screw which means we can’t lean on it. Otherwise, I love the lounge, fabric and colour is perfect. Such a shame on the other issues as I had high expectations from Temple & Webster. Regards Lisa Bowman
