Cape Mid Sleeper Bed with Desk

This bed is great!! I love the design and it's got so much storage and clever features and my kid loves it. The item itself is 5 stars, but the instructions and overall build process brought down the score. The booklet had a number of mistakes, for example drawings of pieces not matching the actual piece, giving the same piece number in two separate steps (e.g. 14 and 14 instead of 14 and 15), and confusing images. In addition, quite a few pieces were missing their number stickers, while others had the wrong sticker on them. Lastly, while most parts had their holes pre-drilled, there were a few missing that I had to do myself.

Overall it's a nice looking and so far sturdy bed. However, the runners for the drawer don't line up properly, there marked for where to attach the runners but then the drawer doesn't close all the way. I'm pretty sure I got two left runners as one side the tab flips up to release the drawer from the runner and on the other side it flips down. Due to the screw heads there is a small gap between the ladder and the bookshelf. Only 1-2mm but this should sit flush. I currently don't have the desk assembled because the casters that are supposed to be attached by sliding over the end panel and screwed on, the holes don't line up. So I can't complete the desk till a resolution is provided. Otherwise it's unusable for us
