Top notes
The pill-shaped top, which mimics the shape of the base, is made with MDF with a melamine finish. The MDF core is smooth and stable, while the uniform melamine toughens it up to provide a more durable living room centrepiece, with resistance to stains and warping.
Protected base
Powder coating is a dry finishing process where pigment and resin are electrostatically applied to the iron, then baked on at high heat to form a hard, protective layer. With this protective layer, the sturdy iron base is resistant to corrosion, UV damage, and chipping.

Great couch side table! Will order another one. Easy to assemble good size table larger space area compared to other type of sofa side tables.Sturdy table solid base like the plain oval base can rest feet on it and less likely to trip yourself on it, used a placemat ontop to help prevent any food or drink spillage stains on table top. Fits easily under couch.

Minimal and sleek. Easy to put together and the base is heavy and sturdy. I'd recommend using some loctite/glue on the screws as it started to wobble after a few days - but that's only due to the weight.
