I ordered two rugs and only one arrived, I asked the courier where the other rug was and he said there wasn't one. I pointed out the Courier delivery note which said "item 2 of 2" . The courier said he would call his manager. I emailed Temple&Webster Customer Service as it was before 8am . I received a call from Larry 10 minutes later to assure me that the other rug was not lost and on it's way. He said that sometime even though it has the same tracking number the boxes can get separated during transit. It was all the reassurance I needed. Great customer service ( thank you Larry and later Yael for handling this so professionally and for checking the following day to make sure it had been delivered. Super quick delivery and looks exactly like the images were online. The rug is true ivory colour, and in different lights, the grey looks dark or light. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Rug is soft and we can lay on it and be very comfy. We play on it with our kids. Once unrolled it only took a day for all the kinks from being rolled up to go away. Was impressed with this.
