Great beds. Both my children love them.
Absolutely devastated. The beds make noises when you move on them and the vertical panels make it so hard to change sheets as the mattress gets stuck. If I had known that these were rubbish, I would have never purchased them.

Sold frame. A good option for a transition from cot to big bed as the car sides are raised which has prevented my squirmy toddler falling out.
Fabulous bed. Grandson loves it. Solid, beautiful quality.
Very week design

Good purchase happy with it nephew loves it
This is an exceptional car bed, looks great. Assembly is very easy and took a couple of hours for 1 person, however make sure you have space to lay everything out before you start and at the point where you need to place one side on top of the other another pair of hands would be recommended just to line up all the dowels and screws. There is an added sachet with some reinforcing brackets which seem to have been added on which are not in the original instructions. So on screwing down the timber slats I had to lift up the bed again to screw them under the slats. Otherwise main point is kids love it and I highly recommend it for any car lover
These are the things I wish I'd known before buying this but I probably would have still bought it anyway: Look, it's a lovely bed. A couple of gripes: it has been one of the most difficult pieces of furniture I have ever assembled in my whole life. Granted, we're not professionals and we only had hand tools and we didn't make the most space or best conditions for ourselves in our son's room, but the part that bothered me the most was making the connection between the two long sides. The instructions say to lift one big long piece and manuever it on top of the other bits which are on their side. Anyway, one rather heavy bit fell over leading to a domino effect which damaged one end of the horizontal slats. It was just the trickiest maneuvering required and I don't understand why it couldn't be engineered to be able to do it from the normal upright position, even simply adding a small expandable foam or cardboard tool to allow bits to be propped up. We ended up using pillows. Also, there were some bits that needed screwing in but there were no pre drilled holes which made it particularly painful. It didnt help that they were in such a location that made it difficult to use simple hand tools - close to the edge and difficultro maneuver. Also beware of the random bag of brackets that tells you they need to be installed but isn't mentioned in the main instructions, which means you could conceivably complete the bed and have to undo it partially to get the brackets in. It would have made sense to me to put the brackets in while we were putting the sides together. Anyway, it's a nice bed. I'm scared to lie on it myself now that I see how it's held together. Also, the fact that it's low means I've lost under bed storage and now our cat can hide under there without us knowing it and we think he's gone missing. It's pretty banged up now too because it was so difficult to assemble. Did I want to cry while making this bed? Yes. Did I fight with my husband? Yes. Did it take us more than an evening to do it? Yes. Do I regret my purchase? No.
Excellent its not my first purchase [misc_pict][misc_pict][misc_pict]
