Not happy with this purchase at all. Quality is so poor. The edges started to unravel months after using. Customer support also is no help either. We purchased this rug based on the description on your website, which states: "Goes the distance. It meets the level of durability needed to stand up to the heavy traffic in hallways. Its polypropylene construction with a tough jute backing resists daily wear and tear." Given this, we’re disappointed that the rug has not held up under normal hallway use as advertised. It looks good, and colour is as photos described. But be prepared to purchase a new rug soon after using this one. We do not have pets and the rug is in the corridor of the hallway. Yes it’s a traffic area but at least should last a year of use. Not a few months
