Always follow care instructions on the label of your rug; rotate your rug every 3-6 months to reduce uneven wear & tear; lightly vacuum once or twice a week using the lightest possible setting; avoid powerful vacuums that may pull fibres loose from the base of the rug; vacuum the base of your rug occasionally, as dirt can accumulate here as well; blot spills with a paper towel or colourless cloth, do not wipe or scrub & spot clean with a small amount of gentle detergent & warm water

I actually had this for a week and my grandkids ground lasagne and dirt into it. I honestly thought it was wrecked but thought I would give it a scrub and see how it went. It was not in one spot, it was in multiple spots over a metre area. Suprisingly after a little scrubbing the marks came out and it was nearly like new again. I was schocked. Love this carpet for my outdoor space.

The rug looks great and is heavier than expected which is a positive. Unfortunately the rug was not loomed/ weaved properly so in 3 places the thread skipped 7 rows which is very noticeable and unfortunately faulty. Now trying to get a replacement hoping that this won’t happen again with the replacement, a bit annoying!
