Awful quality chair. It’s not comfortable, was very difficult to put together. The lift handle didn’t work half the time and it was very hard to manoeuvre because the wheels constantly got stuck- on nothing!! Massage feature isn’t even a massager it’s just a glorified vibrator. Chucked it after a few months.

its an okay chair. Holding up strong. a bit smaller than expected. thankfully its for me and not my partner who is 6ft, he cant sit comfortably in it. its comfortable which is good.

Looks just like the photos, but the castors don`t roll easily, and the base seat cushion is too hard, it`s ok for the price.

It was ok. The massage function wasn’t great, the buttons were stuck on and eventually came off.

Easy assembly - my 10 year girl did it all by herself.

The massage button on the chair was broken and had been stripped off.

This chair is an incredible choice, comfy material and the massage function has been amazing for my back. Would highly recommend, especially for a much lower cost compared to other chairs of this type.

I sit for work all day and wish I had brought this early no pain at all, I don’t really use the foot stool it’s in an award spot but the chair is spot on so comfortable and looks amazing

Terrible chair. Seems to push you forward putting strain on your lower back. You can’t change the lift of the pan/seat at the front (under your knees) making it feel like you’re being tipped forward when computer working. Waste of money.

Comfortable, great quality for the money paid. On/off buttons are a little flimsy, but on the whole a good product.

Works effectively, if using for long periods of time ie working from home, seat is not the most comfortable needs more padding

I use this at my work and it is the best chair - sooooo comfy.

Great and comfortable chair. I am 170cm and I find it perfectly suits my needs as an office chair, although I do not use the foot rest at all. That feature it a bit useless - it's not comfortable to use at all - my mother (who is much shorter than I) found the feature useless too so I don't believe this is height related. It's just not practicable The massage feature is more vibrations but it's quite relaxing to have on regardless - the cord for this is quite short and is USB. So it works perfectly with my laptop but if you use a PC or a laptop without many USB ports - this might be a losing feature. Otherwise was pretty simple to put together and I'm happy with the purchase

very comfy chair

This chair is rated up to 180kg load. Totally impossible for anyone with height or width to their build. It is not comfortable and even at only 155cm the fixed headrest digs into the shoulder blades. It has been assembled but is unused but I cant return it as the box was disposed of.

Extremely uncomfortable chair that is inclined way too much to the back and gave me a horribly sore back after using it for just 10 minutes. Something is wrong with the chair we got. It is nothing as described on the website. The fabric is pretty good and that is the only positive. It isn't as plush as it seems on the website and the chair that was delivered to me has some defect, looks like on the inside where it can't be locked into place and can never be used as an office chair at a desk.

The massage in the chair is awful and makes me feel sick! Chair is terribly squeaky & the button for the massage already came off as not even glued properly. Do not recommend

Very comfortable, massage function non-existent though. The extra leg rest is also a nice touch.

Very easy to put together and very comfortable plenty of adjustment, massage function is more of a vibration than a massage but very pleasant all the same. Highly recommend this chair

Great comfy chair, only downside is massage element has to be plugged into separate adapter (does not come with.) thankfully I had one for international travel. Other than that it's great!

I bought this for my partner, who has been needing a new office chair for a while, but hates the feel of leather/pleather. We finally found one that's sturdy, affordable and made of cloth! And it has a massage function! It was easier to build than any other chair we've had, and it arrived super quickly in the mail.
