Terrible chair. Seems to push you forward putting strain on your lower back. You can’t change the lift of the pan/seat at the front (under your knees) making it feel like you’re being tipped forward when computer working. Waste of money. |

Great and comfortable chair. I am 170cm and I find it perfectly suits my needs as an office chair, although I do not use the foot rest at all. That feature it a bit useless - it's not comfortable to use at all - my mother (who is much shorter than I) found the feature useless too so I don't believe this is height related. It's just not practicable The massage feature is more vibrations but it's quite relaxing to have on regardless - the cord for this is quite short and is USB. So it works perfectly with my laptop but if you use a PC or a laptop without many USB ports - this might be a losing feature. Otherwise was pretty simple to put together and I'm happy with the purchase

This chair is rated up to 180kg load. Totally impossible for anyone with height or width to their build. It is not comfortable and even at only 155cm the fixed headrest digs into the shoulder blades. It has been assembled but is unused but I cant return it as the box was disposed of. reply

Extremely uncomfortable chair that is inclined way too much to the back and gave me a horribly sore back after using it for just 10 minutes. Something is wrong with the chair we got. It is nothing as described on the website. The fabric is pretty good and that is the only positive. It isn't as plush as it seems on the website and the chair that was delivered to me has some defect, looks like on the inside where it can't be locked into place and can never be used as an office chair at a desk. reply

I bought this for my partner, who has been needing a new office chair for a while, but hates the feel of leather/pleather. We finally found one that's sturdy, affordable and made of cloth! And it has a massage function! It was easier to build than any other chair we've had, and it arrived super quickly in the mail. |

This chair is very comfortable and I highly recommend. I think it is better suited for people on the shorter side, I'm 160cm, and it's just perfect. Being short, I've always found it challenging to find a comfy office chair. My work colleague who is almost 180cm found the chair not so comfortable. |

This was delivered weeks before the date given when ordered. Was a little apprehensive as it came “flat packed” but was very pleased to find, more than needed of all screws and bolts, no other tools needed and every hole lined up. Very quick to assemble. Very comfortable and easy to operate. Good quality fabric and sturdy (I am not a lightweight person) very highly recommended |
