- Note: as this is hand made, imperfections are to be expected; it can be solved by pushing the jute through to the other side (the side facing the floor)
- Please note that there may be variations of /-5% in sizing & up to 10% for hand made items & folded rug collections
- New rugs, particularly those that include wool fibres, are susceptible to shedding. With care & treatment, most rugs should stop shedding within 2-3 months

reasonable quality for the price - less 1 star due not being actually double sided - there is a non-slip type coating on the "back side" of the rug - which means it really cant be reversable.
