Black Pilato H15cm Steel Bed Base

A bit of a pickle assembling this but found it alright in the end thank goodness. A perfect low-based feel to it, nothing too complicated especially when getting up from bed, it’s a short type of base that was something I actually had in mind. Two years after purchasing, the steel type base seems sturdy and proper, no issues to date.

Pretty good little bed frame for the price, nice and solid. Was a tad fiddly to put together but otherwise really easy to move around and the height is great for our little dog to get onto the bed.

Great minimalist bed frame for my teen son

Struggled a bit on my own lining up the middle supports. One side seems to be half a hole out. Once I got it and tightened it all up it seems fine.

I love this bed, my son has a habit of flopping down and breaking slats so this bed has held up so well!

Low rating simply because the instructions claimed it to be “simple as 1,2,3” but it was the total opposite. I mean the base is great and fits well with my bed but putting this together was an absolute nightmare for my husband and I. It took us 5 long hours because a few of the bolts were not aligning correctly and we had to hammer and/or bend the metal brackets to get everything to fit. Such an extreme hassle for what’s supposed to be a simple task. All in all, it’s up right and holds up my mattress well and is lightweight so easy to move around if needed.

Solid frame, easy to assemble even with a mislabelled part. Looks great, feels steady. Easy for us (and our big dog) to get in/out.

Great quality and design, a good height for me. Would recommend a euro top or high top mattress as it isn’t very high off the ground - only 15cm. This is why I bought it personally as I wanted a lower knee height bed for personal reasons. Would have rated 5 stars however most pieces weren’t labelled and the ones that were labelled were labelled incorrectly. Also the images in the manual were flipped like a mirror image. I built it back ways from the manual by spending half an hour examining all the pieces. Manual and labelling could be improved.

Bought this for a loft space so the low height was perfect. Little challenging putting it together. Instructions are rubbish…but you get that with pretty much all of these type of beds anyway. Once put together, sturdy and functional.

Subtle bed frame that works great for a toddler bed. It would be great if it was ever so slightly higher to fit a bit more underneath for storage.

Awesome and easy to put together. We have older dogs so used this to decrease height of the bed so its easier on their bodies with the stairs up. Highly recommend
