The bed is lovely in design but not very sturdy once the mattress is on. Storage underneath is just the floor and the supporting legs. Not boxed up like storage should be. When putting the bed together one side didn’t align right for the bolts to go in so had to do slight modification. You get what you pay for.

Bed is comfortable and good quality however the instructions were extremely basic at times and didn't go into enough detail. There were no clear instructions on how to install the gas lift and the gas lift itself came attached the wrong way

Took us a couple of weeks to get around to getting rid of our old bed to build this new one thanks to Cyclone Alfred. Nearly every single insert didnt line up to the bolt holes, and so nearly every bolt holding it together needed to be cross threaded just to get it together. None of the panels lined up properly because of this. The gas lift mechanism feels very rickety and wobbly - and the bed base design has the half of the bed furthest from lifts held on with a single bolt though very thin (I can dent it by pressing it with my finger) metal which seems crazy. Im not expecting it to last very long sadly.
