I noticed a few bad reviews, but I am really impressed with this heater. It has no problem heating up a standard sized bedroom. Just make sure you put the heater on the highest setting if you are using it to heat a larger room. It will certainly do the job, but a little patience is required.

If I had realised this was a Lenox product I wouldn't have touched it with a barge pole Bought a couple of there products in the past online and found them to be very cheaply made and didn't last. This product does not surprise me. Very tinny, no weight to it, feels cheap and I had to get a mains extension cable to reach the wall socket. Not a problem with my old heater. Not worth the money and I'm to lazy to be stuffing around packing it up and sending it back. Can't recommend

Negatives - too small, the heat fans downward along the floor, takes a long time to heat our small open plan living/kitchen area. Positives -.the fire light creates a cozy ambience..
