The lift is smooth and seat is comfy af. I did replace the caster wheels with stronger ones from officeworks though

I cannot assemble this stool. Should I take black sleeve off?

Not very happy at all, It is very flimsy sand the small wheelbase makes it easy to topple

Initially, I thought this product was really good. The seat was comfortable it rolled easily. It was really just a delight then about a couple weeks back it broke one of the legs sort of cracked and fell over and slowly just came off not even three months old and can’t take the heat. You get what you pay for.
