Quick delivery and took less than 5 minutes to assemble. The chair is very comfortable. I use as a desk chair so I spend a lot of hours in it. Also very roomy. Good quality fabric and the colour is true to the photo. Very pleased.

Ahh sorry guys but the quality is NOT there for the price tag. Cons: They might have changed fabric suppliers since the last restocking because the fabric looks cheaper compared to other people's photos. The fabric is of poor quality - it's hard to photograph but it's really scratchy, and spiky/sharp in parts, it's uncomfortable to touch and felt more like jute than linen before I passionately took to it with an electric lint remover. It's also very patchy in colour. The stitching near the studs and sides is badly done as pictured. Furthermore, there are dark marks on the top sides of the chair body - either from warehouse storage or shipping. Definitely not the high-quality Pottery-Barn-esque look I was going for. Pros: the chair came within a week; T&W price matched me as I had the product in my cart before it went up in price; and lastly they've been kind to reimburse me partially for the damage. Would've been preferable to get a full refund and return shipping paid for but can't expect too much. We'll keep it for now as we really need it but overall is such a disappointment and will be replacing it in future with a better brand.

Had for a while now and an excellent chair. Thought it would be lovely smooth fabric but it’s a bit rough/spiky like in another review. It has softened up over time which is great though and I’m really happy I bought it.

While the chair looks elegant and nice in the photos, I can see why recent ratings have dropped. The quality of the fabric is a little cheap. It was much rougher than we'd expected it to be - kind of itchy on skin contact. However, the major downfall comes with the fact that it was advertised as a hard floor chair. Unfortunately the default wheels were poorly designed - the wheels have a join in the middle - which essentially has a protruded plastic bit which caused some lines on my laminate floors. While we were able to clean most of it off, there are still some residual marks left from wheeling the chair around. Very unfortunate, but I'd recommend against purchasing this chair if you have laminate floors.
