Beautiful Rug with Great Quality, but a Few Drawbacks This rug is absolutely stunning and the quality is top-notch. It looked perfect right out of the package – no wrinkles or curved edges, and it settled in place immediately. However, I did take off one star because it sheds quite a bit, which was a bit of a hassle to manage. Additionally, I noticed a mysterious stain appear after placing it near the window – I’m not sure if it was there before, but the sun and heat may have revealed it. Cleaning it was a bit challenging because of the wool material. Overall, I would still recommend this rug for its beauty and quality, but just be aware of the shedding and the cleaning challenges.

As soon as we unwrapped the rug we could smell something awful. We have had the rug for approx 2 weeks now and it still smells bad - like dirty socks. The rug also doesn’t look like “light grey” as suggested in photo and description. More black and white mix

New rugs can sometimes have a noticeable scent due to the materials used, but this should fade with some extra airing in a well-ventilated space. Regarding the colour, we do our best to display our products as accurately as possible, though there can occasionally be slight differences depending on lighting or screen settings.
