Beige Modern Classic Herman Bed Frame

Absolutely love this bed frame! It was easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, and looks even better in person. There’s no squeaking or movement at all, and it gives great support for the mattress. The quality for the price is amazing and it has completely upgraded the look of the bedroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stylish and reliable bed frame.

Easy to put together and came out of the box with great promise but I’m disappointed in the workmanship - a poorly finished corner has cheapened the whole look as we couldn’t screw out flush to the headboard the same way as the other side did. But we have to live with it as the bed is essential at the moment. But it’s details like this that tarnish the buying experience and make you wary buying online.

Excellent bed head, exactly as pictured

I wasn’t keen on the fabric bed as I usually go for real wood for longevity and quality, however this was the teenager’s choice for her new room. It looks nice and it was easy to put together, I’m not sure about longevity and potential fabric staining over time, but it has worked well so far. Kiddo is happy with her choice.

The colour is just lovely in person, I was worried as the colour on my screen made it look a little warm but it’s just the perfect linen colour. I am so happy with it. The instructions were clear and ways to follow; it just took some time on my own but worth it.

I recently purchased this bed frame and I'm very happy with it! The design is modern and elegant, and the neutral colour makes it easy to match with different bedding styles, it adds a touch of sophistication into my bedroom. The bed frame is sturdy, I made sure to tighten the bolts as well as I could, so the frame does not move or creak. Assembly was straight forward, I recommend categorising the screws and bolts, as this made finding the type straight forward and I only had to unscrew and swap one screw. It took one person just over an hour. My only fault is that the black bed feet are difficult to screw in, and on 2/2 of the feet, I added 3/4 screws due to the screws lining up with a gap. I would repurchase, I've bought a bed from Temple & Webster for a similar price point, and this one is by far superior.

Love this bed! Looks great in our Master Bedroom. If you sort all the bolts/screw etc out at the beginning, clearly identify them and lay them out - it’s very easy to assemble. Also due to the previous reviews I was expecting it to be more grey - but it is more of the grey/oatmeal colour. Still love it. Feels sturdy and good quality. Would recommend.

Purchased May 2025. Build quality is average, not all components lined up properly. The plastic slat fixings are quite weak. Very very squeaky which has gotten worse over time despite tightening up fixings a number of times.

Putting this bed together was a bloody nightmare. This comes from someone who enjoys putting together IKEA items and considers it a triumph if I don’t have to draft in my husband to help. That said this was so awkward to put together, the directions attached were not well thought out, also there were no pre- made holes in the bottom of the frame to attach/ drill the legs in. Gave it 3 stars because of this and the colour is not as shown in the website photos- it’s a darker cream almost brown in real life (as photographed). That said, I do love the style of the bed and now that it’s done I’m happy. But would I do it again? No.

Disgusted in this product! I have had this bed just over a month and it has fallen apart.screws literally snapped off boards bent and that’s just from sleeping on it ????!!!!! Not happy!!!!

I love the look of this bed. However, it’s not sturdy, it creeks, the instructions were terrible to understand and we had to drill in the legs as there were no holes. The slats also have fallen out of the sockets multiple times. Definitely wouldn’t purchase again.

Love love love my new bed & mattress.I put it together by myself.I am a sensitive being & the chemical smell on the bedhead is strong,but some bicarbonate soda & vinegar will do the trick.

Love it now it’s together, but the parts aren’t numbered, very hard to put together.

Love this, looks just like the images. There are a lot of pieces to put together but my very un-handy husband and I built this bed in a couple of hours and love it. No dramas. We suck at flat-pack but this was easy enough to assemble with 2 people and the bed looks amazing. The perfect neutral fabric, the bed itself looks impressive. A king bed for this price is a win.

I recently purchased two of these beds. While the overall quality and design are excellent, and delivery was prompt, there were a few issues with the assembly process. The assembly instructions would be more user-friendly if the screws and pieces were clearly labeled to correspond with the manual. One bed was missing a bed slat cap, with only 11 provided instead of the required 12. I had to source an additional cap separately. Additionally, one of the metal base components in the second bed was missing pre-drilled holes needed for attaching the legs, requiring us to drill the holes ourselves. I would suggest a thorough quality check before dispatching products to ensure all parts are included and correctly prepared. This version maintains professionalism while conveying your experience and suggestions clearly.
