I've had this rug for 6 months now and it's great. It's in our lounge room which is a busy, high traffic area. It does fuzz up a little each week and then I vacuum it which collects a bit of lint, but nothing more than expected for a natural rug. It's comfortable under foot, easy to clean and hasn't marked at all (despite 2 puppy vomits 😕, which cleaned up easily with the Bissell spot cleaner). I have a felt underlay under it which makes it very comfortable. It has suffered one pull/tuft since we have had it, but with 3 kids and a puppy that was to be expected. It easily poked back through to the other side though and is back to looking as new. I'd highly recommend this rug!
